Hi Everyone! My name is Kelsey Gross and I am so excited to be taking over Justin Alexander’s blog today!
I am a fashion blogger from St. Louis, Missouri and I love all things pink and girly! You can find me on Instagram @missouriprepster and you can check out my blog, www.missouriprepster.com :)
I had the opportunity to model a few absolutely gorgeous Adore by Justin Alexander gowns for a styled photoshoot, and let me just say… It was such a fun day!
For this photoshoot, we partnered with Cleo Bridal (@cleobridal), Elise Dunn (@elise_usesacamera), and Sara Reddick Events (@sarareddickevents) to create a playful and cool style concept.
We started the day at Cleo Bridal and it was there that I had to make the super difficult decision of narrowing down dresses to pick out for the photoshoot… Like, how does one choose?
Personally, I love dresses that have a nice flow to them, but also show off my figure, so that is what I used as a framework when it came to making my dress selections.
We ended up narrowing down to 4 dresses for this shoot. I chose styles 11142, 11110, 11131, and 11160. Each dress was very unique, and the details on all of them were impeccable! Not a sparkle or inch of lace was out of place, they were all simply stunning and super easy to accessorize!
One of my favorite things about the Adore collection dresses was how lightweight they were! I did not feel weighed down by the dresses at all, and they were super easy to move around in — perfect for dancing on your big day!!
We shot our first two dresses at Cleo Bridal Style 11142 and Style 11110 and I am obsessed with how the photos turned out! They show how elegant and sophisticated the dresses are, but also the gorgeous movement and details, as well. And, can we talk about how airy these dresses are?! They are a dream and look stunning in photos!!
We then packed everything and grabbed the last two dresses and drove to Downtown St. Louis to shoot at Union Station and “The St. Louis Wheel”. The whole concept of the shoot was super fun and it was amazing to get so creative while showcasing the gorgeous dresses.
We got yummy milkshakes at “The Soda Fountain” ...What could be better than having a milkshake in a beautiful wedding dress?! I wore Style 11131 here.
After that, we grabbed some photos wearing Style 11160 in front of “The “Wheel” to end the day.
I felt absolutely beautiful in each of these Justin Alexander gowns. They were impeccably designed and just gorgeous. I also loved how flattering and functional they were.
Justin Alexander has so many gorgeous dresses and lines to choose from, so you are sure to find the dress of your dreams! Justin Alexander offers a wide selection of gowns available in sizes 2-32 and can be found in retailers worldwide!
